Getting ajowin on your device
Four steps to your first session
- Download the ajowin APK (Android) or open ajowin.id in Safari (iOS), then allow installation of the app file on Android or save the shortcut to your home screen on iOS.
- Tap the app icon and complete account registration with your email or mobile number, then submit a photo ID and a recent utility bill for account verification.
- Add a deposit method via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or a mobile banking / local payment / online payment / e-wallet virtual account, then confirm the transfer to activate your balance.
- Choose your starting category—live-dealer tables run 24 hours; football markets are active during Liga 1, Piala AFF, and Champions League windows; slots and esports are always available.
Native app versus browser: what we offer
Our native Android app includes offline account history, faster table loading, and push notifications for upcoming tournaments and payment status updates. The iOS browser version operates identically on function but does not support the offline cache feature—however, it does not require device storage or security permissions beyond the Safari browser itself. Both paths deliver the same encryption and account protection. We recommend the Android app to users with moderate or better connectivity; we recommend the browser approach to users concerned about app permissions or device storage. The trade-off is straightforward: convenience versus simplicity.
Device compatibility and minimum requirements
ajowin on Android requires Android 7.0 or higher. ajowin on iOS requires iOS 12.0 or higher and works in Safari, Chrome, or Firefox without installation. Most devices from the past five years meet these minimums. If you're unsure whether your device qualifies, visit your device settings and check the OS version number. Our support team can advise further if you encounter compatibility warnings during setup, but very few devices fail to meet our standards.
Troubleshooting installation issues
The most common Android installation error occurs when your device blocks APK files from unknown sources. On Android, go to Settings → Apps & notifications → Special app access → Install unknown apps, then enable permission for the browser or file manager you used to download the ajowin APK. On iOS, if ajowin does not appear in your home screen, ensure you selected "Add to Home Screen" from Safari's menu and that you granted permission to add the shortcut. If you see a certificate trust warning on Android, this is normal the first time you install an unsigned APK; tap "Install anyway" to proceed. If installation still fails after these steps, contact our support team with your device model and OS version.
Data usage, app permissions, and your account
Our ajowin app requests permission for device location (to comply with jurisdiction restrictions), internet access (for table streaming and account management), and on Android only, access to your unique device identifier (to prevent account fraud). We do not access your contacts, calendar, or camera without your explicit action—for instance, you can optionally take a live photo during identity verification, but this is never mandatory and never accessed without your consent. During a live-dealer session, expect approximately 1.5 MB per hour of streamed video on standard definition; high-definition streams on faster connections may use up to 4 MB per hour. Video settings in the app allow you to lower resolution if bandwidth is limited. Your account balance and transaction history are encrypted end-to-end; we maintain separate server-side encryption for account credentials.
